Any real buyer can start with even for a 500mt shipment with a load of 22 - 23 MT.

Because of the banking system in Eastern Europe which is worst than the african banks, we are selling at advance and CAD .

No advance is require up front , you can pay it in the yard at the time of loading your inventory,

what ever we load and ship, pay 20% cash and pay balance on CAD 80%, through your bank.

we are under negotiation with bankers in spain and Germany for the LC negotiation, and will update you in a day or two .

price for main ports india, i.e. Nhava Shiva, Mumbai, Kandla, Chenai, Haldia is usd 265.00 per metric tone, CNF.( not CIF )

The transit time from Constanta is 20 - 25 days to indian ports
