Payment Term : Buyer shall issue a an irrevocable, Non transferable, confirmed clean, workable documentary Letter of Credit payable at sight 100 % through the prime international bank for the total value of each shipment value.
Shipment : Within 45 days from the date receiving Buyer’s L/C
Inspection : Seller shall appoint the Independent Agency Geoservice with Buyer's consent for full sampling and analysis at the Loading Port.
Performance Bond : Within 5 (five) business days after receiving the BUYER'S conditional L/C, the SELLER shall instruct his bank to issue an operative Performance Bond to the BUYER
